Reston, VA July 12th 2011—Confiance a global provider of business transformation solutions for enterprises and the government, today named Bart Snell as its Chief Operating Officer. Bart Snell will join Confiance in July, and he also will serve as the Chief Financial Officer.

Snell brings over two decades of successful financial and operational executive leadership experience to turn data into actionable intelligence as he partners with clients to improve business performance, gain strategic partner interest, secure project financing, and instill world-class financial controls. He has held several CFO and COO positions in Information Technology, Telecommunications, BPO, and Services industries. His initial career experiences included 16 years at IBM, holding several internal CFO positions.
