With the creation of the BPM foundational materials, the client was able to identify activities necessary for the development and on-going sustainment of their Busi- ness Process Management (BPM) Program.
The BPM Governance document enabled our client to identify the needed leadership and operational structure to support their BPM Program.
The Business Architecture Framework provided the process landscape structure and the definition of the business process modeling procedures provided clear direction on the business process model lifecycle.
